Janine Orlando Wentz, Creative Director
Janine is a New Jersey native who brings 20+ years of experience to our collaborative team. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, she holds a BFA in graphic design, with a minor in commercial illustration.
Her experience in the advertising industry is vast and diverse. She began in private sector, working for several reputable NJ-based "boutique " agencies, specializing in a mix of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, non-profit arts, healthcare, engineering, professional services, and a variety of specialized small-business industries. Since 1999, she has specialized in the pharmaceutical industry, working for a major NJ-based advertising group, consisting of a family of healthcare communication agencies, servicing the professional, consumer and educational sectors. This venture enabled her to work with an array of creatives, writers and clients on a wide-range of products, projects and mediums, including print, video, web and direct-to-consumer marketing.

Jonathan Wentz, Managing Art Director
Jonathan was born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. He received his undergraduate degree (BFA) in Art & Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, specializing in graphic design, with a minor in industrial and interior design. In 1990 he moved to the New York Metro region where he worked as a desktop publisher and designer in the advertising and professional services industries. 1993, he began working in the corporate sector for a major Wall Street investment firm, where he was a Senior Designer in their Graphic Communications department. There he managed art and design for over 20+ internal departments, including their Mutual Fund Group which managed and marketed over 70 funds. In 2000, he left corporate America to open
W Design, a NJ-based boutique design studio, serving small businesses and non-profit arts organizations. His strengths include extensive experience with logo design, branding, digital imaging, as well as print campaigns (collateral, advertising, and direct marketing). Since it's inception, W Design has developed several relationships in the non-profit and performing arts industries in the New York/New Jersey Metro area.
